For countries in the gray category, only the following categories of passengers are allowed to enter Cyprus:

2. European citizens and European Economic Area countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) and Swiss citizens;
3. People who live legally in Cyprus;
4. Persons who have the right to enter the Republic in accordance with the Vienna Convention;
5. Third-country nationals who have been specially permitted by the Republic of Cyprus to enter Cyprus.
Passengers from grey-classified countries must be tested for Covid-19 in an accredited laboratory within 72 hours before departure.covid-19 test strong>, and hold a certificate showing that the PCR test result is negative.
Passengers arriving in the Republic of Cyprus from countries in the gray category (special permission) should be mandatory isolation/self-isolation for 14 days, or mandatory isolation/self-isolation 10 days, provided that on the 10th day, the Covid-19 test is performed again (at your own expense), and the test result is negative.
