The China Exit-Entry Administration issued an announcement stating that in order to facilitate scientific and academic exchange activities for talents in the Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, starting from February 20, a pilot program will be implemented in mainland cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to implement the endorsement policy for talents traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macau.
Talents who meet this policy can be issued a multiple-entry visa valid for 1 to 5 years, and each stay in Hong Kong and Macau does not exceed 30 days.

Six types of talents can apply
According to the policy, six types of mainland talents working in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area can apply for visas for talents traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao, including:

That is, health professional and technical personnel and health research personnel with a deputy senior title or above in the Bay Area;

legal talent
That is, Mainland arbitrators participating in legal arbitration procedures in Hong Kong and Macau, Mainland mediators handling investment disputes between the Mainland and Hong Kong, and the Mainland and Macau;

other talents
That is, high-level management and professional technical personnel recognized by the talent and science and technology authorities in the Bay Area.

Types of talent endorsement
Talent endorsements are divided into 5-year, 3-year, and 1-year multiple effective visits to Hong Kong and Macau.

The talent endorsement holder can travel to and from Hong Kong and Macau multiple times within the validity period, and stay in Hong Kong or Macau for no more than 30 days each time.
