If it is confirmed that someone has obtained a visa or entry permit to Hong Kong by illegal means, the Immigration Department will declare the visa or entry permit invalid in accordance with the law and repatriate the person concerned to his or her place of origin.
Even if the person concerned has obtained the right of abode in Hong Kong, the Immigration Department will cancel it according to law and repatriate him.
