Japan
Management Visa
Applicants are required to set up a company in Japan with a registered capital of at least 5,000,000 yen and a real and fixed office space. Once these requirements are met, the applicant can submit an application for a Management Visa.
With a Management Visa, the applicant is entitled to the same social benefits as Japanese nationals and is free to conduct various business activities. After meeting the requirements, applicants can apply for naturalization after 5 years and permanent residence after 10 years.
Highly Qualified Person Visa
This is designed for individuals who have demonstrated outstanding talent in the fields of academic research, specialized technology and business management. The program is evaluated using a point system, and applicants can obtain a visa with 70 points, and with 80 points or more, they can apply for permanent residency after one year.
In addition to obtaining permanent residency quickly, applicants can also enjoy the same social benefits as Japanese nationals. There are no restrictions on spouses working in Japan, and those who qualify can bring their parents and domestic helpers to Japan with them.

Singapore
Self-Employed PIC Program
In Singapore, applicants can apply for a Singapore Employment Pass (EP) as a shareholder, director or professional investor through the registration of a private limited liability company specializing in financial investment and management, and in the future, they can further apply to become a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) or even a Singapore citizen.
Compared to Family Offices, the self-employed form has a lower application threshold, requiring only an investment of S$1 million or more.

Thailand
Elite Visa
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has set up an Elite Visa program especially for high net worth individuals. Applicants are only required to pay a prescribed amount of membership fee to obtain a right of abode for a period of 5 years, 10 years, or up to 20 years, depending on the program chosen.
At the same time, applicants enjoy a series of exclusive services and treatments, such as VIP access to airports and exclusive Elite Club services.
Ten-Year Long-Term Residence Visa
The program is open to applications from affluent citizens, retirees, professionals and highly-skilled individuals worldwide who meet certain criteria for assets and annual income and are willing to invest a certain amount of money in Thailand, granting them a residence permit for up to 10 years.
In addition, visa holders are able to work legally in Thailand and enjoy up to ten years of residency, as well as easy entry and exit, and multiple benefits and conveniences for investment and living in Thailand.

Malaysia
Second Home Program (MM2H)
Foreigners aged 25 years and above can apply for long-term residency for a period ranging from 5 to 20 years by depositing a specified amount of fixed deposit in a Malaysian bank and successfully acquiring a property that meets the prescribed conditions.
During the period of residence, the applicant and his/her family members will be entitled to a wide range of exclusive services including education, healthcare, tax exemptions and the right to engage in business/investment activities and work freely in Malaysia.
