According to a notice issued by the US Department of State, current international students holding a valid F1/M1 visa, if the school is scheduled to start school after August 1, 2021, can enter the United States directly with a valid visa within 30 days before the start of school.
Specific requirements for F-1/M-1 students:
Only academic courses that start on or after August 1, 2021 are eligible;
Only allowed to enter the U.S. within 30 days before the start of school;
