Part.01
3-year transfer 191 visa
The main applicant holds a Hong Kong passport or BNO passport;
The main applicant holds a 457, 482 or 485 visa and complies with the relevant visa provisions;
Before submitting the PR application, have lived in remote areas of Australia for at least 3 consecutive years. And in the 3 years before the application, you cannot work, live or live in non-remote areas unless you get a special exemption.
Part.02
4 years transfer 189 visa
The main applicant holds a Hong Kong passport or BNO passport;
The main applicant holds a 457, 482 or 485 visa and complies with the relevant visa provisions;
Before submitting the PR application, you must have lived in Australia continuously for at least 4 years (no regional restrictions, you can travel abroad on the way); you can submit it within or outside the country.

Applications in both ways will be open after March 5, 2022!

Associate applicant
There is no age limit for sub-applicants carried by holders of Hong Kong passports (or BNO passports)!
Children over 23 years old (independent adult children) can also apply for PR together as a sub-applicant. The only requirement for children here is that they need to live with their parents and have a certain dependency relationship when they are signed under the current 485 or 482 or 457 visa.
