Valid visa holders who are fully vaccinated against the new crown vaccine will no longer need an Australian government waiver to enter Australia.
People with valid visas need to comply with the requirements for entering Australia:
Fully vaccinated with TGA approved vaccine
Hold one of the eligible valid visas of an Eligible visa holder
Provide proof of vaccination status
Negative nucleic acid certificate within three days before departure
It should be noted here that the prerequisite for entering Australia must be fully vaccinated with two doses of vaccines approved by Australia. Currently, Australia recognizes the vaccines of Sinopharm and Kexing, but nucleic acid tests are required to enter the country.
Types of new crown vaccines currently recognized by Australia's TGA
Get two doses of the following vaccines at least 14 days apart:

At present, overseas immigrants in NSW, Victoria and Canberra are completely exempt from isolation (two doses of approved new crown vaccine have been vaccinated), and other states need different degrees of isolation temporarily.
