On June 28, the State Council issued the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)", which adjusted the isolation and control time of close contacts and inbound personnel to "7 days of centralized isolation medical observation + 3 days of home health monitoring".
Recently, Chinese embassies overseas have adjusted their policies on going to China and simplified pre-departure testing.
Including: not specifying testing institutions, not requiring antigen testing, allowing transfer, etc. The nucleic acid test requirement has been changed to one nucleic acid test within 48 hours and 24 hours of boarding respectively. Entry only needs a single inspection, cancel the nasal swab test!

"Healthy Station" appointment has changed
At present, the number of "Healthy Stations" in Shenzhen has been increased to 2,000 per day, and a "humanistic care" customs clearance system has been added.
On July 10, the Shenzhen Municipal Government announced that the Health Station, which provides quarantine medical observation for inbound passengers, will change to a lottery method to allocate rooms from now on. Passengers who have successfully booked a Health Station before will not be affected.
Starting from July 15, passengers traveling to the mainland via the Shenzhen Bay Port can reserve a special nucleic acid testing period on the day they need to pass through the online testing reservation system after obtaining a quota at the Shenzhen Health Station.
Nucleic acid tests are carried out at various ports of entry in the Mainland (including Shenzhen Bay, airports and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge ports, etc.), and passengers must obtain negative results before they are released.

From Mainland China to Hong Kong:

Vaccines are free to come and go
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that starting at 12:01 am Eastern Time on June 12, air passengers traveling to the United States will no longer be required to present a negative nucleic acid test report or proof of recovery before boarding.
All travelers entering the U.S. by air, with the exception of U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other immigrant visa holders, must present proof of full vaccination.
All air travelers to the U.S. must provide personal contact information to the airline prior to boarding for close contact tracing; be sure to have the required supporting documents such as passports and any visas or other entry/residence documents ready. All Visa Waiver Program travelers must have a valid and approved Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) to travel to the United States.

To register for EVUS (Electronic Visa Renewal System) in the United States:

Entry and epidemic prevention restrictions extended to the end of September
The federal government of Canada announced on June 29 that entry restrictions to Canada will be extended until at least September 30. This means that foreign tourists still need to provide proof of vaccines when they enter the country.
Inbound travelers who have not been vaccinated or not fully vaccinated are still required to quarantine for 14 days. All incoming travelers, regardless of nationality, are required to submit health information through the Canadian government-designated app "ArriveCAN" prior to entry.

A statement from the Portuguese Tourism Board said: From July 1, 2022, passengers entering the country will no longer be required to provide proof of a test to screen for SARS-CoV-2 infection with a negative result, or a certificate accepted or recognized by Portugal A COVID-EU digital certificate or certificate of vaccination or recovery issued by a third country.
This means that even those who have not been vaccinated or recovered, as well as those who have not been tested for the coronavirus, can now enter Portugal for various purposes without having to meet any coronavirus-related regulations.

No vaccines, proof of recovery or testing required
From July 25th, Malta will relax entry requirements: people without vaccination certificates or recovery certificates will not need to show a negative nucleic acid test certificate before entering.
Turkey
Removal of entry restrictions, free entry and exit
The Turkish Consulate General in Shanghai issued an announcement: Starting from June 1, 2022, the requirements for a negative report of the new coronavirus nucleic acid (PCR) test within 72 hours before entry and a negative report of rapid antigen test within 48 hours after entry into Turkey will be cancelled. In addition, passengers are not required to submit vaccination reports or proof of recovery from COVID-19 before boarding.

Cancellation of pre-trip nucleic acid testing requirements
Since June 21, New Zealand has cancelled the pre-departure nucleic acid test requirement. Most travelers can enter without barriers as long as they hold a valid visa and are fully vaccinated with New Zealand-approved vaccines. The Chinese vaccines currently approved by New Zealand include Kexing, Sinopharm and Anhui Zhifei. Passengers need to take RATs rapid screening test on the 0/1 and 5/6 days after entry.
Passengers from visa-exempt or non-visa-exempt countries and regions holding a valid visa to New Zealand can enter quarantine-free on the premise of completing the new crown vaccination.
Mainland China is not included in the list of visa-free countries and regions in New Zealand. Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are included in the list.
New Zealand will resume processing applications for overseas work visas from July 4, and New Zealand will fully open its borders from July 31, allowing all holders of valid visas to enter the country.
