On September 26 (Monday), the federal government of Canada officially announced that from October 1, the requirements for new crown testing, quarantine and vaccination at the border will be lifted!
01
From October 1st
All entry restrictions will be lifted
According to the news released by the Canadian government: From October 1st, Canada will lift all entry restrictions. All passengers do not need to be tested or quarantined for entry and activities in the country. The specific measures are as follows:
No need to declare and submit public health information through ArriveCAN;
Proof of vaccination is not required;
There is no need to conduct random entry tests, and no need to provide test reports before entry;
No need for COVID-19-related quarantine;
There is no need for new crown monitoring after entry, and no need to report.
In addition to ending all entry and epidemic prevention restrictions since the new crown, Canada has also lifted relevant travel requirements: whether it is international/domestic flights, railways or cruises, passengers do not need to undergo health checks and wear masks.
Travellers who entered Canada in the 14 days before October 1, 2022, will not be required to complete the remaining quarantine or testing requirements after October 1.
However, Xiaoxing hereby reminds you: In order to better protect yourself and others, travelers can get immunized against the new crown vaccine, use masks when appropriate, and self-isolate when symptoms appear.

The epidemic is under control
is open reason
A few days ago, the World Health Organization (WHO) stated at a press conference that the current death toll from the new coronavirus has reached the lowest point since the outbreak in March 2020.
At present, countries/regions around the world are gradually opening up:
On August 29, Singapore lifted almost all border restrictions;
From September 26, the entry quarantine measures in the Hong Kong SAR will be relaxed to "0+3";
From October, the Japanese government will completely lift the entry policy and fully open up free travel.
According to Xiaoxing statistics, as of the 9th of this month, a total of 79 countries around the world have lifted entry restrictions for the new crown.
According to official Canadian news, the overall immunity of the Canadian population has improved, the hospitalization rate/mortality rate has decreased, and the vaccination rate has increased... The epidemic is under control, so we chose to cancel the entry restrictions.
Earlier this month, Canada began rolling out a bivalent vaccine against the Omicron variant as a booster dose to all Canadian adults. The data showed that the bivalent vaccine helped prevent infection with all Omicron variants, exceeding the effectiveness of the existing original vaccine.

Three more benefit plans
It's time for investment immigration
With the full lifting of various epidemic restrictions in Canada, applicants who intend to immigrate to Canada should submit their applications early, get approved early, and land early, taking advantage of the complete cancellation of entry restrictions!
As we all know, in addition to its unique environmental advantages and world-leading education quality, Canada also has a complete welfare system and generous welfare benefits. On September 22, the Prime Minister of Canada announced three new welfare programs to address the financial burden of the people.
Double the GST tax credit
GST/HST is a tax-free quarterly benefit paid by the Inland Revenue Department. GST/HST credits are non-taxable payments made four times a year to low- and moderate-income individuals and households to help offset the GST and GST they pay.
If legislation is passed to implement this program, the following people will benefit this benefit year:
Singles without children, $234;
$1,160 for a single mother with one child + a net income of $30,000;
Single seniors earning less than $20,000 a year, $701;
$1,401 for a couple with two children + a net income of $35,000.
Subsidies for low-income tenants
Before the end of the year, Canada will add a one-time $500 rental support program to households with adjusted net incomes below $35,000 or individual renters below $20,000. The program is included in the 2022 federal budget and is expected to cost $475 million.
Dental care for children
Starting December 1 this year, Canada will offer dental coverage for children under the age of 12 with household incomes under $90,000. Through this benefit, eligible children will receive up to $650 a year:
After the program is officially implemented, children with family adjusted net income in the following 4 ranges will benefit this benefit year:
Below CAD 70,000, CAD 650/person;
CAD 70,000 - CAD 79,999, CAD 390 per person;
CAD 80,000 - CAD 89,999, CAD 260 per person.
While currently only children under the age of 12 have priority access to the benefit, the scheme will be expanded to include children under 18, seniors and people with disabilities in 2023. By 2025, all households earning less than $90,000 a year, as well as individuals earning less than $70,000 a year, will receive the benefit.
Canada's social welfare is complete and numerous, and its residents' living index is first-class. It is one of the most desirable countries for immigrants in the world. At present, the restrictions on the epidemic in Canada will be fully lifted. Applicants who intend to immigrate to Canada should act as soon as possible!
