Hong Kong Admissions Institutions List
At present, there are 15 colleges and universities in Hong Kong that enroll mainland students with undergraduate degree or above, and recruit general college entrance examination candidates in 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

How do candidates apply for Hong Kong universities?

College Entrance Examination
Among Hong Kong colleges and universities, only the Chinese University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong participate in the early batch admission. Candidates fill in the college entrance examination volunteers uniformly. Even if they are not admitted in the early batch, they can still participate in the subsequent batch of admission and enter other mainland universities.

Independent Admissions
Among these 15 colleges and universities, except for the above two schools participating in the unified recruitment, the rest of the schools recruit students independently in the mainland, do not participate in the unified enrollment plan for general colleges and universities nationwide (unified recruitment), and do not take part in the unified recruitment voluntary. The admission results of all schools are acceptable. It will be announced before filling out volunteers in the Mainland.
Candidates submit admission applications in accordance with the requirements of Hong Kong schools, and participate in interviews organized by the school. The school admits candidates based on other requirements such as the candidates' college entrance examination scores and interview performance.
It should be noted that candidates who are admitted to 13 single-enrollment colleges in Hong Kong and confirmed to the admission college by themselves will no longer participate in the unified admission of mainland colleges and universities.
