On August 29, 2022, Singapore's Minister of Manpower Chen Shilong announced that the government will launch the "Top Professional Pass" - the Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass (ONE Pass), which will be launched on January 1 next year. Applications are open and the visa is valid for five years.
