From February 6th
full recovery
On February 3, according to the notice of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, in order to provide greater convenience for the exchange of people from the mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, according to the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Overall Plan for the Implementation of "Class B and B Management" for Novel Coronavirus Infection" (Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism Regarding the spirit of Zongfa [2022] No. 144), it is now decided to further optimize the measures for personnel exchanges between the Mainland and Hong Kong and Macao, which will be implemented from 0:00 on February 6, 2023.
Focus on:
Full resumption of personnel exchanges between the Mainland and Hong Kong and Macau;
Cancellation of appointment clearance arrangements for entry and exit via land ports in Guangdong and Hong Kong, and no quota for customs clearance personnel;
If there is no foreign travel history within 7 days, there is no need to enter the country with a negative nucleic acid test result. (If you have been to a foreign country within 7 days, you still need a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours, and children under 3 years old are exempt)
People entering from Hong Kong and Macau still need to declare their health. (If you are found to be positive, you will be quarantined at home as required after entering the country.)
After three years of waiting, we finally have a full clearance! All restrictions have been lifted, we have officially stepped out of the shadow of the epidemic, and we are moving towards normalcy in an all-round way!
With the comprehensive customs clearance of the mainland, Hong Kong and Macau, the Hong Kong government has also come to distribute benefits ~ free air tickets and coupons are given away!

The Hong Kong government is giving out benefits!
On February 2, the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Lee Kar-chao, announced a series of global promotion plans at the launching ceremony of "Hello, Hong Kong!" (Hello Hong Kong), welcoming mainland and overseas tourists to Hong Kong.
1
From March 1st, 500,000 air tickets will be distributed for free
Chief Executive Lee Ka-chao announced at the launching ceremony of "Hello, Hong Kong!" (Hello Hong Kong): 500,000 air tickets will be distributed to overseas tourists for free.
Most of the 500,000 tickets were sent out in phases by the three local airlines in Hong Kong (Cathay Pacific, HK Express and Hong Kong Airlines) through their respective channels in major passenger markets.
The free ticket plan will start on March 1, and will be distributed in stages during the six-month period, and will be divided into big draws, first-come-first-served, buy one get one free, or games.
The first phase will be issued to the Asian region with the most tourists visiting Hong Kong before the epidemic, followed by Northeast Asia and the Mainland.
2
Another 80,000 air tickets will be sent to Hong Kong people in summer
Lin Tianfu, chief executive of the Hong Kong Airport Authority, said that another 80,000 air tickets will be given to residents of the Greater Bay Area, including Hong Kong citizens, this summer, and a total of more than 700,000 air tickets are expected to be distributed.
3
Give away 1 million consumer coupons
In addition, the "Hong Kong Rewards" program also includes 1 million consumption coupons for inbound tourists, which can be used for retail, catering, etc., and more than 16,000 stores are offering discounts in the initial stage.
The coupons will be distributed free of charge at the passenger reception counters at four ports in Hong Kong from 5:00 pm on February 2, including the arrival hall of the airport, the Star Ferry Pier in Tsim Sha Tsui, the arrival hall of West Kowloon Station and the Hong Kong Port Passenger Inspection Building of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
The Hong Kong government has made a big move, free air tickets and coupons are being given out non-stop. I believe that after the restrictions are lifted, Hong Kong will become more and more lively, and the Oriental Pearl Tower will soon return to its former prosperity~
