The registration dates for the first round of lottery draws for "Hong Kong Motor Northward" are May 29th and 30th, and the lottery results will be announced on May 31st. Winners can submit their applications for "HKC Northbound" within the specified time from 9:00 am on June 1 according to the date randomly assigned by the computer system.
Applicants must first register for the computer lottery through the designated website of "HK Motor Northbound" (www.hzmbqfs.gov.hk). CCIC adds 700 daily vehicle inspection quotas for "Hong Kong Motors Northward"
Lam Sai-hung, Secretary of Hong Kong's Transport and Logistics Bureau, said that after further discussions between the SAR government and the relevant mainland authorities, China Inspection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CCIC), the designated vehicle inspection agency in the mainland, will add 700 daily vehicle inspection quotas for "Hong Kong Northbound" , to meet demand. CCIC has extended its service hours to 8:00 p.m. every night, and also provides services on Saturdays and Sundays.
